Not at all! Our ceremonies are beginner-friendly and open to all women and non-binary folks who feel called. Come exactly as you are—no prior experience with cacao, ritual, or spiritual work is necessary.

Ceremonial cacao is pure, minimally processed cacao used intentionally for heart-opening, emotional healing, and spiritual connection. It’s different from store-bought cocoa and is sourced with care, often from indigenous communities that honor its sacred origins.

Each session may include:

• Guided cacao brewing or shared sipping

• Intention-setting

• Heart-clearing meditation or journaling

• Sound bowls, reiki, or intuitive channeling

• Clothing swaps or playful expression (in some gatherings)

• Group sharing and reflection

• Optional integration prompts to use afterward

You’ll receive a welcome email with cacao brewing instructions, a simple supply list (cacao, journal, cozy setup), and a Zoom link. Try to create a quiet, sacred space for yourself—even if it's just a cozy corner.

Yes! I offer 1:1 Higher Self Activation sessions as well as custom private cacao ceremonies for birthdays, moon circles, or group gatherings. Just reach out via the contact form or book directly on the site. After your session you’ll be prompted to start integrating cacao with a sample, and a personalized poem affirmation card.

While I recommend ethically sourced ceremonial-grade cacao, you can use what you have for your first ceremony. I also offer cacao recommendations and may have small-batch options available for purchase or trade.
